Northwind Analytics processes product events that our customers choose to send us. We pseudonymise direct identifiers at ingest and never sell data to third parties.
All event data is stored in the customer's selected region. By default, data for European customers remains in the EU.
Raw event data is retained for the duration of the customer contract and deleted within 30 days of termination, unless a longer period is required by law.
Our website uses a single first-party cookie to remember your language preference. The product itself does not require third-party cookies.
